SMP是低密度海綿或模塑專用延遲催化劑，可以增加泡沫硬度，特別適合用于密度在6-25kg/kg范圍的海綿中，同時(shí)可提高泡沫硬度5-10%；
由于SMP可提高海綿的硬度，如果要保持同一硬度的話，可減低異氰酸指數(shù)大約2至3點(diǎn)，這樣在經(jīng)濟(jì)角度來說是非常合算的；
無論是在MC配方，還是在有填料（CaCO3和三聚氰胺）的配方中SMP都可以改善泡棉的工藝性，減少開裂；
 
用途：
SMP廣泛的用在軟質(zhì)塊狀泡沫塑料和熱固化模塑中，推薦添加量：0.15-0.2 pphp。

應(yīng)密封保存，儲存于干燥陰涼通風(fēng)倉庫內(nèi)
 
包裝：
180KG/桶 貯存：建議存儲在干燥和涼爽的地區(qū)并進(jìn)行適當(dāng)通風(fēng)。原包裝后請盡快扣緊包裝蓋，以防水分等其他物質(zhì)的混入而影響產(chǎn)品性能。不要吸入粉塵， 避免皮膚和黏膜接觸。工作場所禁止吸煙、進(jìn)食和飲水。工作后，淋浴更衣。單獨(dú)存放被污染的衣服，洗后再用。保持良好的衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣。

SMP is a low-density sponge or a special delayed catalyst for molding, which can increase the hardness of foam. It is especially suitable for sponges with a density of 6-25kg/kg, and can increase the hardness of foam by 5-10%.

Do not inhale dust and avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Smoking, eating and drinking water are prohibited in the workplace. Shower and change after work. Store contaminated clothing separately and reuse after washing. Keep good hygiene.
